Infusion Services
Infusion therapy is the introduction of fluid, blood products and/or medications into a patient’s circulatory system. Lutheran Hospital provides outpatient infusion services for patients who require frequent infusions, including cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, patients receiving intravenous antibiotics, patients with blood disorders and patients who require intravenous treatments but are not hospitalized.
Lutheran Hospital’s outpatient infusion clinic offers effective treatment for a range of conditions in a convenient, comfortable setting. Patients are treated by an experienced team of professionals who specialize in infusion therapy and vascular treatment, including pharmacists, infusion nurses and technicians.
