Infusion Services
Infusion therapy is the introduction of fluid, blood products and/or medications into a patient’s circulatory system. Lutheran Hospital provides outpatient infusion services for patients who require frequent infusions, including cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy; patients receiving intravenous antibiotics; patients with blood disorders and patients who require intravenous treatments but are not hospitalized.
Lutheran Hospital’s outpatient infusion clinic offers effective treatment for a range of conditions in a convenient, comfortable setting. Patients are treated by an experienced team of professionals who specialize in infusion therapy and vascular treatment, including pharmacists, infusion nurses and technicians.
