Campus Map
Lutheran Hospital offers ample parking options. Valet parking is available at the front entrance from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. (keys may be picked up at the security booth after 6 p.m.). There are also parking garages to the left and right when you enter the Lutheran Hospital campus. The parking garage on the right is located near The Orthopedic Hospital. The parking garage to the left accesses the main hospital and Medical Office Building One and Two. There is a large parking lot, situated at the rear of the hospital, near the entrance to the Heart Pavilion as well. There are signs to aid you.
Lutheran Hospital is located on Jefferson Blvd. (US 24) near the 102 exit of I-69.

Driving Directions
From south of Fort Wayne:
Take I-469 south to I-69 north. Take I-69 to Jefferson Blvd., exit 302. At exit-ramp stop light, turn right and merge onto Jefferson Blvd. Turn left at the next stop light to enter the Lutheran Medical Park campus and Lutheran Hospital.
From north of Fort Wayne:
Take I-69 south to Jefferson Blvd., exit 302. Turn left at the exit ramp stop light and merge onto Jefferson Blvd. Turn left at the second stop light to enter the Lutheran Medical Park campus and Lutheran Hospital.
From east of Fort Wayne:
Take E. Washington Blvd. until it turns into W. Jefferson Blvd. Stay on W. Jefferson Blvd. The Lutheran Medical Park campus and Lutheran Hospital will be located on your right.
From west of Fort Wayne:
Take US-24 until it turns into W. Jefferson Blvd. After the I-69 overpass, the Lutheran Medical Park campus and Lutheran Hospital will be located on your left at the first stop light/left turn after the overpass.
From downtown Fort Wayne:
Take W. Jefferson Blvd. west. The Lutheran Medical Park campus and Lutheran Hospital will be located on your right.
