The Kachmann Mind Body Institute is offering exclusive associate only classes at the Lutheran Medical Park campus location. As a benefit to you these classes will not be open to the public. Only Lutheran Hospital associates may attend, making it easier for you to meet your wellness goals.

All associate classes are $2 per class. You can drop in and pay $2 per class or you can purchase a 10 Class Pack for $20. When you purchase a 10 Class Pack you will be able to reserve a space for class online. The 10 Class Packs expire in 90 days and are non-refundable and non-transferable. When purchasing online, pick “LH Class Pack”.
