Fort Wayne’s New Year’s Baby 2014 Born at Lutheran Hospital

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Wednesday, Jan.1, 2014) – For a second consecutive year, Fort Wayne’s New Year’s Baby has arrived at Lutheran Hospital.  Since the start of the new millennium, Lutheran has held this distinction seven times.

Madelynne Rose was born at 12:45 a.m. at over eight pounds.

Since Jan. 1, 2000, a Lutheran Health Network facility has welcomed the first baby born in the city of Fort Wayne 13 times.
