Orientation requirements that volunteers must meet:.
  • Complete an Application
  • Schedule an interview
  • Complete online Orientation
  • Complete 2 Step TB screening (paid for by LH)
  • Complete Drug Screen (paid for by LH)
  • If born after January 1, 1957 provide proof of MMR vaccination
  • Background Check (paid for by LH)
  • Must be 14 years of age or older
