Prepared Childbirth Refresher

This class is specifically designed for couples who have already taken the Prepared Childbirth Class. The class reviews basic breathing techniques, comfort measures, the coach's role and updates current labor and delivery procedures. This class is offered once per quarter. Enroll early and plan to take this class by the seventh month of pregnancy. A tour of the unit is included.
