Visitors Info

Lutheran Hospital offers ample parking options. Valet Parking is available at the front entrance from 7 AM to 6 PM (keys may be picked up at the security booth after 6 PM). There are also parking garages to the left and right when you enter the Lutheran campus. The parking garage on the right is located near the Musculoskeletal Center and the orthopedic surgery area. The parking garage to the left accesses the main hospital and Medical Office Building One and Two. There is a large parking lot, situated at the rear of the hospital, near the entrance to the Heart Pavilion as well. There are signs to aid you.

Latex balloons are not permitted inside Lutheran Hospital. This is for the protection of all patients and relates to a common allergy. Mylar balloons are permitted. Most area florists and gift shops are aware of this limitation.

Visiting hours are created in order for physicians to care for patients in the most efficient manner possible and to ensure "quiet time" for all patients to rest. Please respect the posted visiting hours on each unit.

There may be occasions when, even though it is within visiting hours, you may be asked to move to a waiting area. If this occurs, it is for the immediate well-being of the patient. Your cooperation is expected.

Our chaplain's support you and your family spiritually while in the hospital, regardless of faith or religious affiliation. Please click here for more information on pastoral care.

Please check with a nurse before bringing any food or drink to a patient. Many patients are on a restricted diet, necessary for a variety of tests and procedures.

Lutheran Hospital is a tobacco-free facility.

No firearms, weapons or alcohol of any kind are permitted.

Lutheran Hospital has the right to remove any person from our grounds if dangerous, disruptive or otherwise unacceptable behavior is displayed.
