Refer a Patient for Lung Volume Reduction

Patient referrals to the lung volume reduction program should be made through the Lutheran Lung Center. The program coordinator will then start the patient in the evaluation and testing process, enroll them in pulmonary rehabilitation, and schedule appointments with program physicians as needed. Referrals may be made by phone or fax.
